Selinux enforced problem

I can't view my website if I enable selinux enforced. If I disable it I can get to my site.

I did this command but nothing:

setsebool -P httpd_can_network_connect on

I put it in permissive mode and no errors seen; unless I am looking in wrong place.

I did the command

grep "SELinux is preventing" /var/log/messages" and got nothing, but can't access site if I enable SELinux to enforcing.
