Ping request failed in CentOS vm to host machine in vmware10 workstation.

Hi,
I Have Windows 10 pro host OS and i am running CentOS 6.7 in vmware workstation 10.

I have static ip to my host machine i.e 10.166.7.190, subnet 255.255.255.0, gateway 10.166.7.1

I have also assigned static ip to my centos vm as 10.166.7.191, 255.255.255.0, 10.166.7.1

when i am trying to ping my host machine i am getting replay as host unreachable. But when i tried to ping from Windows server 2012 vm which is in the same workstation i got ping success reply.

Pls help me...

Can you ping 10.166.7.1? Is that an external router?

I *think* you're saying: other guests CAN ping host ok. (check/post `ip a`)
Check that networking looks ok on CentOS guest. If ok, what's its vmware config?
(In VirtualBox NAT, I can't access my Linux guests unless I add a Bridged interface)
I'm not familiar with vmware, but this web-search (or similar) may help:
vmware guest can't ping host but host can ping guest
