KDE in CentOS 8.x

Greetings,

Can anyone tell me why KDE was dropped for the latest CentOS release?

A Greate GUI which works very well Used in other major Linux releases.

Works well, easy to use so why drop it just because Red Hat is now run by IBM who is letting 4000 people go during these difficult times.

Lets bring KDE back to CentOS...How Hard Can It Be? Can't even add a link to the GNOME desktop without going thru hoops.

Thanks

Because it was dropped by RHEL.

You can still install it from EPEL.

Maybe:

Although it looks like it is in an alternate repository thread indicates it is a bit buggy...
