You should not need to roll-back or downgrade the driver. As explained in the first link, the latest version of the RHEL7/CentOS7 driver have added the "Pressure2K" option to work around software like Mari and Nuke that don't properly handle the expanded pressure range.
Run
Code:
rpm -q xorg-x11-drv-wacom
and verify that it indicates you have version "0.34.2-2". Earlier releases do not support this option. Afterwards, create a file in the
/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d directory with the following contents:
Code:
Section "InputClass"
Identifier "Wacom pressure compatibility"
MatchDriver "wacom"
Option "Pressure2K" "true"
EndSection
You can check that the option is enabled by grepping through the Xorg log file for the string "Pressure2K" or checking the behavior of Mari/Nuke.
