But anyway you can try to remove one repo (one by one) and check if that solves this duplicate package issue. You could be at least able to find the conflicting repo(s).
I did:
Code:
$ package-cleanup --dupes --noplugins > packages.txt
# for p in $(cat packages.txt); do echo rpm -e --justdb --nodeps $p;done
But, problem not solved.

did you understand what I wrote? remove a repo from the list and check if you have still duplicates. Next remove another one and check again. You need to repeat this step for all your repos (you have currently 5 repos configured: base, epel, extras, ius, updates).
This will not solve anything but you can try to identify the conflicting repos. Probably.

pan64, I've reported the OP since they don't want to give us the required info. I wouldn't waste anymore of your time on them. Up to you of course...

I used https://unix.stackexchange.com/quest...dency-problems and decreased it to:
Code:
# package-cleanup --dupes
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, langpacks, priorities
nss-3.19.1-18.el7.x86_64
nss-3.36.0-7.el7_5.x86_64
When I want to remove them, then it show me:
Code:
Error: Trying to remove "systemd", which is protected
Error: Trying to remove "yum", which is protected
Any idea to solve it?

I did:
Code:
# package-cleanup --cleandupes --removenewestdupes
Then remove and upgrade duplicate packages manually, then run below command:
Code:
# package-cleanup --dupes
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, langpacks, priorities
nss-3.19.1-18.el7.x86_64
nss-3.36.0-7.el7_5.x86_64
And finally, remove these packages via below command:
Code:
# rpm -e --nodeps "Package Name"
Problem solved.
