first update kernel or software, or I have to reboot, and Server takes on All updates automatically…?

My Godaddy VPS LAMP CENT OS 7.9.x server - in WHM/cPanel

Indicates two messages, I have to restart server to apply Kernel updates, and restart to apply software updates…

what first update kernel or software, or I have to reboot, and Server takes on All updates automatically…?

Is this your own dedicated server with root access?

Then yes, it is exactly as it says: the system has already been updated, but some software won't start using the updated versions until you reboot.

Rant: Jesus H. Christ, there should be something like an Internet driving license before you allow people to run a server.
