change boot service priority

Hello,

We have a server that keeps getting hung during the postgres process. The SSH service comes on after the postgres service therefore we are unable to SSH into the box. We have tried failsafe and we can get into the failsafe OS, but cant seem to figure out what is going on. This box is in an unmanned data center and it is hard to work on it from there. Could we move the SSH service up and have it start before postgres. That way we can log in and see what is going on.

This box is running Suse linux
