Can we Download + Install file from internet using single RPM command

Dear Experts,

I am using Centos 6 and now i am trying to install "packetfence" tool as per method given below link:

http://linuxwide.blogspot.in/2015/10...entos-6-x.html

Here i want to ask some question about "wget" and "rpm" command. In case of "Wget" command , we can download file from internet but not install that file/software from "wget" if we want to install file in linux then we need to use "rpm" command to install that file.

Secondly, I know only one thing about "rpm" command is that it is uses for install file or software. But when i read and try above link article then get confused in below command which is given in that link:

rpm -Uvh http://repo.openfusion.net/centos6-x...el6.noarch.rpm

this command is doing both operation (download as well install) for that file. This thing i seen first time ??

So my finally question is that can we download + install file from internet using same "RPM" command ?

Regards
KS

Then read info rpm or man rpm (on console).
Linux has a very good online manual/info system.

I think it should be:

rpm -ihv http://<path to file source in the internet>/file.rpm
