Hi,

I think some clarification could help.

- What exactly is"CentOS Web Panel"? Is it this: http://centos-webpanel.com/
- What is "System/Add Remove Software"? Is it a standard gui front end to yum or is it something to do with "CentOS Web Panel"?
- Similar question for "Services GUI"

I notice you didn't bother to answer the questions asked but rather want us to accept that you know what you're doing despite the fact you came here asking how to find a file.
to answer the questions:

rpm -qa httpd : no result
cat /etc/*release : CentOs release 6.3
yum list httpd : httpd.x86_64

sudo find ... : /usr/local/apache

3. Services GUI is GUI interface similar to Windows where you can see all services status.
