Adiscon loganalyzer - unable to get data inside Facility and Severity column


ENVIRONMENT
CENTOS = 7.8
rsyslog = rsyslog-5.8.10-12.el6.x86_64
Client AGent = Solarwind event log forwarder for windows

ISSUE
unable to get data inside Facility and Severity column. Below snapshot is for reference.

What have you tried to troubleshoot this?
How did you install the loganalyzer?

I have followed multiple articles with and without SQL. following are two for your reference.

Did you review the troubleshooting link I posted? I've learned that it's often best to go to the source...'tho I'll concede that the adiscon.com site could use some improvement...

My problem is resolved. I was not caring about the case sensitivity while running the web installer.
