CLDX 10.4: after fresh install x will not start

I installed CLDX 10.4 on an older pc. The install-routine worked and finished from Live-CD absolutely normal. After that I added a desktop user, reboot the pc and want to login/start via slim. After typing username and password the progress-bar appears until 100%, then the screen switch to black and after some seconds the system fell back into the slim-login.

If I boot CLDX as a live-CD, there is no problem with X, it appears with 1280x1024.

In slim.log I found these entries:

Quote:
(EE) Failed To load module "dri" (module does not exist, 0)
(EE) Feiled to load module "dri2" (module does not exist, 0)
(EE) NVIDIA OpenGL Driver requires CPUs with SSE to run.

the current CPU does not support SSE.
Is it possibe to switch to a generic graphic driver and what do I have to do for?

Install the system with the options of the program 'calculate':
--set-video_drv=nv --set-composite=off

or switch to the console (Ctrl+Alt+F1) and run from the root:

calculate --set-video_drv=nv --set-composite=off -P all
/etc/init.d/xdm restart
