Trouble Connecting Bluetooth on Dell Insipiron 1545

I have a leftover Inspiron 1545 that, until last week, had Ubuntu 18.04 on it and where Bluetooth worked. I'm currently running Linux bodhi 4.9.0-6-686 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.88-1+deb9u1 (2018-05-07). When I run
Code:
sudo lsusb | grep Bluetooth
I get the return
Code:
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0a5c:4500 Broadcom Corp. BCM2046B1 USB 2.0 Hub (part of BCM2046 Bluetooth)
I've installed bluez via
Code:
sudo apt install bluez
and I can start Bluetooth and get the icon to show in the system tray via
Code:
sudo systemctl start bluetooth
but when I run
Code:
hcitool dev
I don't get any listed devices. I cannot setup new devices as I get error messages that no adapters are found.
Code:
sudo apt install bluez-firmware firmware-broadcom
returns error messages that Bodhi was unable to locate the packages bluez-firmware and firmware-broadcom. Can someone assist in what else I'm missing to be able to use Bluetooth again on my laptop? Thank you.

Hmm, No I see no devices as well. Some troubles seen after this command:
dmesg | grep -i blue

Let me have some time to look closely
