MokshaBlueElectric theme

Hello there

I bring another nice Moksha theme release called blueelectric. It has been in repository in version 0.3 but I found many theme bugs which needed some attention. Too nice theme to let it be.

sudo apt install bodhi-theme-moksha-blueelectric

Stefan: just noticed the crema or whatever the name of the lighter colored tan/cream/light brown theme is not in the appcenter.

I am not app center maintainer. I need ask Jeff for uploading all our fixed stuff to it. BTW, I am a CLI guy. Not using synaptic or app center. Maybe this is the main reason I havent noticed this fact. Thanx for the reminder.

p.s. he may want to redo all of the theme links - i believe there were maybe 2 of them that did not work when i wanted them. the electricblue was probably one of them if i recall.
