A lot of Linux version graphical apps do, like Thunderbird email client. The commands they offer, can really be useful in scripts and .desktop files.

Bodhibuilder works great, FYI. It launches fine from the quick launcher and has a nice GUI. Selecting the DIST button creates a custom DVD with no user folders. Awesome sauce!
