Exclamation How to boot Bodhi from USB...

I have a 32-bit desktop, with Linux Mint (17.3 version: "Rosa"), and Windows Vista. I decided that I would like to switch over to Bodhi Legacy, and I can't figure out how to boot the Bodhi .iso file from my GRUB boot screen.

I am using a 16GB USB with Rufus.

Update: I have successfully booted Bodhi, only to receive the error message "Unable to find a medium containing a live file system".

Am I doing something wrong? Please let me know if you need more information!

I experienced the same error when I installed Ubuntu, But installed Bodhi was smooth.
I used dd to make installation disk for Bodhi.
while used Refus to make installation disk for Ubuntu.
I just selected boot from USB.
I guess maybe some options I selected was wrong when I used Rufus or the machine BIOS is different and I don't know how to twike .
