Add third party application to Moksha panel

Bodhi 5.1.0
I want add Opera and bash scripts to my bottom panel so they execute. I cannot find a method available from the main menu.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

if you are referring to the bottom left-hand corner of the screen near the bodhi leaf menu button, on a fresh install of 5.1 that is called the ibar. you can add programs to it in settings -> apps -> IBar applications. for the scripts you would probably have to create a desktop file first.
