Re installed arch. Now pacman isnt resolving dependences


So i switched from a 64b arch to 32b to get better options but now pacman isn't resolving dependences its just giving them to me as options.

You need to provide more information on this. I am not sure what you mean by "not resolving dependencies" and "giving them as options". Post output from your pacman commands.
