Install Arch with LVM on external SSD (Problem)

Hi all, i tried to install Arch with LVM on my external SSD. I need to boot my Arch on all my pc. I follow this video:

but when i install Arch and i tried to unmount the partition terminal show me thar partition aren't mounted and i can't close encrypted partition. Someone have an idea or a guide to follow? Thanks in advance

what you did
what behaviour you expected
what behaviour you actually obvserved.
