What have you tried or done? If your meant arch linux, and you have to ask how to dual boot, then you should most likely need to try a different distro. Arch isn't a "hold your hand" distro.

1)
read the beginers guide
the user guide
and read through the table of contents
2)
write on PAPER and YES with a #2 pencil write a install outline
while REREADING everything in step #1
3)
repeat step #2 and FIX the errors in your install outline/guide you have on PAPER
4)
if this sounds like a term paper it is BECAUSE IT IS!!!
use the install guide YOU WROTE to install ARCH
Arch is a very CUSTOM install
YOU!!! chose what to install
hence the NEED for a PERSONAL install outline/guide that YOU need to make
