Arch changing runlevels?

The new version of Arch is using systemd.

The online wiki, w/r/t installing and setting up Openbox, is assuming that Sysv (rc.conf, inittab) is being used.

Does anyone have updated instructions on configuring Openbox and Slim in the new systemd style scripts?

Check here : https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php..._under_systemd

The arch wiki page on slim will also help.

Since openbox is typically started through ~/.xinitrc you should not have to make changes for that.
