Whatever happened to Antix-20?

I notice that AntiX-21 is now in beta. As far as I can see, the last one was AntiX-19. What happened?

IIUC, they go by Debian releases.

Debian 9.0 (Stretch) was released in June 2017. antiX 17 was based on it.
Debian 10.0 (Buster) was released in July 2019. antiX 19 is based on it.
Debian 11.0 (Bullseye) was released in August 2021. antiX 21 is going to be based on it.

There never were antiX 18 or antiX 20.

Ah, it's the release year, not a running number.

Correct.
Our point release upgrades, however, do not indicate the year that the point release was released though.
For example, latest antiX-19.4 was released in 2021. The 19 shows it is still the buster-based version.
