Installing Slimjet icon on AntiX?

I finally managed to get Slimjet installed, but unlike with MX Linux, the Slimjet icon does not appear on the wallpaper (desktop?). To open it I have to go to 'menu', 'applications', then 'internet' where its hiding out. Is there any way to get its one-click icon onto the wallpaper? Probably should mention I'm running AntiX in LiveCD mode.

You're going to have to manually create a .desktop launcher in your Desktop folder.
Copy one of the existing ones and edit it in a plain text editor.
