antiX install to hard drive problems

I'm having a hard time with antiX, I have it booting from USB but it's not letting me install to hard drive, I just get options for using Legacy Kernel, Modern Kernel, boot from hard disk, which is where I'm running into trouble, I have Ubuntu 16.04.xx on the hard drive, I don't see anywhere to install antiX on my hard drive, I have antiX-21_x64-full (Group Yorum) of the release date of 31 October 2021 (bios boot) how do I get antiX to replace where Ubuntu is on the hard drive??

Life gets in the way sometimes...

What you posted "looks" like the boot menu, select modern kernel and press enter.
Select normal boot and press enter.

Hopefully you see a desktop and an disk icon with install.

I thought I lead you astray...
