Hi, I like 4Mlinux since v14, and now in 4Mlinux v15+16beta, how can I install addons file ofline (in terminal) using LiveCD please?

For example: I wanna prepare 4Mlinux with Skype > I've got the file "addon_skype.tar.xz" > but from the Menu > Extensions > Skype - it always does download again and again ... and mess with my FUP. Even I've got those files already (skype, firefox, opera, flash).
So I'd like to install them ofline first - with no internet connection.

1. Where can I find the script which leads to that Menubutton "Skype" please?
I am going for two weeks now thru all files in whole /"root", folder by folder, file by file, trying to see them in "text" editor ... but I still have no luck to find where the script is (so I can learn the skype installation from it).

2 How can I install Skype from the terminal please? (and Opera, Firefox, or anythimg in 4Mlinux)

I do know how to do it in Debian, Ubuntu, but I am beginner and 4Mlinux seems to me is different with it.
