4MLinux and Palemoon

Very much enjoying playing with this mini distro - so far everything working well on a Dell Latitude E6500.

My question though is I cannot get Palemoon's install script to work in 4M?
Also how can you configure wbar for custom apps?

Hi,

To tell the truth, I had no idea that such a web browser exists. Try:
Code:
wget http://linux.palemoon.org/datastore/release/palemoon-27.4.1.en-US.linux-i686.tar.bz2
mkdir /opt 2>/dev/null
tar -xvf palemoon-27.4.1.en-US.linux-i686.tar.bz2 -C /opt
ln -sf /opt/palemoon/palemoon /usr/bin/websurf
This will download and unpack Palemoon for you. The last line (in the code above) makes Palemoon the default web browser in 4MLinux, meaning that you can start it from Wbar.

PS.
Wbar keeps its configuration files in /usr/share/wbar

.
