Multi Language Support - AnyBSD

If I'm an English speaker, but I want to view web pages correctly in other languages with all the correct characters, do I need to download, the directories for each of the languages I wish to view? For instance, in FreeBSD, under the ports directory, would I need to download /korean, /vietnamese, /ukranian, etc. directories if I wanted to see web pages which used those langauges? Thanks,

Terry

If you have not tried AnyBSD, you don't know what you're missing.
