Confusion from loading Linux Arch From CD

Hi, I have tried to install linux arch onto a CD just to give it a try and I am confused.
I am loading up Linux Arch 2016.01.01 since that was the newest version that can fit on a CD and I am greeted with a root automatic login thing.
Can someone tell me how to load up the GUI if there is one?

All help is appreciated.

I may have looked at somethings for arch, but I was confused.
I would like to find a way where I can just try arch but not have it be my main os.

There is no GUI. It is command line all the way with Arch.

Alternatively you could try installing Arch using MorpheusArch which does use a GUI:

After installation, you will need to refer closely to the two Arch guides.

Yeah my arch linux distro no longer has a GUI install. However,

arch-anywhere

Does it's actually a better version of it

My Arch Linux distro now focuses on data-recovery since there didn't seem to be any other arch based distros that focused on it.

Or you could try some almost Arch distro, such as Manjaro, which has a pretty GUI and a live CD/DVD.

I might try manjaro to see if I like it.
Really sorry I never responded to this months ago, at the time I was a bit lazy when it came to actually doing stuff with linux.

I's suggest Antergos over Manjaro. While Manjaro is descended from Arch, Antergos is just ARch with a pretty installer and a few packages to include their decorations. The installed system is Arch, not near-Arch.

i second this.
it's easy to miss the difference, but for the installed system it's much bigger than the difference between having a gui installer or not.

Even though I finally found the right distribution for me to use, I will still try different things because its nice to have a fun diversity.
