Login > no mount > systemctl start unit > joy. ?!

When I login I want my projects directory to be mounted from a server somewhere using sshfs.
When I login, the mount unit fails.
But if I then issue:

$ systemcts --user start path-to-projects-dir.mount
It doesn't fail!
I already set the unit to wait for gnome-keyring-daemon.service to start...
WTF?!

While I'm still dealing with this, I implemented another unit (a service unit, this time) and it's working great:

What the hell is constantly writing to ~/.local/share/keyrings/Default_keyring.keyring?
What the hell is ~/.local/share/keyrings/user.keystore?
What is the ~/.local/share/keyrings/default file for?
Shouldn't gnome keyring be more transparent?...
I've split this questions between this thread here and in this other one over there.

Keeping /etc/hosts up to date (dhcp)

When you get your IP address using DHCP in a domain your /etc/hosts file, as well as /etc/networks might get out of sync with reality.
If I plug my laptop to the wifi network at the library, for example, my /etc/hosts has a line like the following one:

192.168.0.10 myhost.example.com myhost
Where, in fact, it should be something like:

192.168.13.100 myhost.ourlibrary.org myhost
The same thing happens to /etc/networks where a line like the following one should be...
