Zorin is an operating system not an application so there is no need to 'uninstall' it you simply install the new Zorin to the same partition(s) on which you have the current one which will overwrite the old Zorin. Select to format the partition(s) for Zorin after making backups of personal data.
If you have an EFI computer, you should still be able to boot windows from the BIOS firmware and also from Grub in the new Zorin if you properly install it.
