I just switched to Slackware this month after testing 14.1 for a little while in a VM. My plan was to wait for 14.2 before switching the host machine, but I liked it so much I decided I didn't want to wait. So I installed current and it's been great. Bottom line, it doesn't matter much to me, because current is already really solid. I'm calling this story "Dr. StrangeLinux or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Slackware."

To answer the question, I have no idea.

I know! I am an acknowledged *psychotic, and I am never wrong about these things!

As I've said elsewhere, Saturday, 7 May 2016, will be exactly 2-1/2 years since the release of 14.1.

Next week. This prediction may be still valid next week.
