I have a video card driver I want to put on slackware linux but how??????
 
I found a driver called libglide3-v5.so for my 3dfx voodoo 4 video card but I don't know how to put it on slackware if someone could please let me know how that would be great thanks

I think you edit your rc.modules file in the rc.d directory and uncomment the driver for that vid card and reboot linux ...

Oh wait a sec .... if you meant you downloaded these drivers I think you just install them using the documentation that came with them or is on the website and then you edit your XF86Config file found in /etc/X11 to use these new drivers. That's how I did it with my Nvidia drivers. In the monitor or screen section of the XF86Config file I changed driver=nv to nvidia and rebootd linux. :)
