KDE Plasma - etc,usr folder not visible in Dolphin
 
Had a hard disk crash, reinstalled the OS
But now - can't see system folders such as usr, etc in Dolphin

Any idea?

Can you see them with ls / from the command line?

Yes, I can and following your query, I found out, that I was looking in the wrong place.
