Foxit PDF Reader 1.3: A Nice PDF Viewer
 
Here is a nice and simple PDF viewer. It works very well with Wine:

I use this under XP, it is 10x faster then adobe. Opens up in less then 2 secs, will give it a shot in Linux as well.

It was nice for a moment until I messed up Wine. Now I can't open it. LOL.

Cinematography you can use the Adobe Reader or KPDF. Adobe Reader is available from the Adobe website, to install it, its a matter of doing as root,

Quite a few commercial companies are now providing software for Linux which is a good thing. :)
