Installing Linpus Lite on Notebook
I just downloaded the Linpus Lite Live CD from linpus.com and I don't see any way to do a persistent install of it. Linpus only seems to make a Live CD of the OS, but I haven't found any forums, wikis, etc dedicated to Linpus or Linpus Lite.
Is there a standard way in Linux to turn a Live CD into an installed OS on the hard drive? |
Greetings!
Just downloaded Linpus - the splash screen says that it is "Version 9.4 Lite" and found a README on the CD that refers to an install script:- Quote:

Me too... or any version of Linux that's free.
So far, I'm on my 5th version, no luck.

I'm going to try this out.
