What is the difference between linux-6.1.94 and linux-cip-6.1.94-cip23?

At the beginning the Kernel CIP appeared only when the Linux kernels were EOL.

https://mirrors.edge.kernel.org/pub/...-6.1.94.tar.xz
https://mirrors.edge.kernel.org/pub/...4-cip23.tar.xz

Someone knows the difference?

If there's no patch, why not d/l them, do a 'diff -u' and construct a patch? Then you can tell us!
