Manually download virus definitions for ClamAV?

I've got a Redhat 7.0 server running on a DMZ that I recently installed ClamAV on to satisfy an audit finding. There are no available IP addresses on the segment I can use to translate the db.US.clamav.net IP to something routable on the DMZ so I can't get definition updates onto the server. Is there a way to manually download and install definition updates? I can't seem to find anything on clamav.net or through google so I'm guessing this isn't possible but I thought I'd take a shot on the forums in case anyone has found a way.

I hate to answer my own question but I found a way around this. We did have a single available IP to use for translation so I set it up to point to an IP address I got when I pinged db.us.clamav.net. I had a problem with the way they were doing round-robin DNS so I pulled up the list of mirrors, picked one, and set the proxy to use the resolved IP. I was able to update my clamav install to the latest patches. For the record, there's no way to download the cvd files and upload them to the install that I could find.
