EndeavourOS but using ONLY the offical arch repositories?

Is this possible? I want a reasonably easy to install version of arch, but I don't want to use AUR. I think it's a rolling release distro, and I would prefer a LTR one, but it's not a deal breaker.

From their website:

With the exception for our in-house developed reflector-auto, eos-welcome, a kernel manager and the eos-update-notifier, all the packages are directly installed from the Arch repos or the AUR, so there are no customized or modified packages coming from our own repo. We want to stay as close to Archlinux as possible.
I figure it should be no big deal to get rid of the AUR packages, if desired.

I haven't tried Endeavour yet, but I used the Anarchy installer to put in one of my Arch systems, and it worked out well for me: https://anarchyinstaller.org/

I still think it's best to do it "the Arch Way," time permitting. But from what I've read, Endeavour looks pretty good.
