Appreciating Neal Peart's lyrical/percussion abilities makes me neither empty minded, nor a fool. Our opinions differ, that's all. All of that aside, do you have any links for Timo Rautiainen & Trio Niskalaukaus or any other Finnish bands? My family is from Finland (grandparents immigrated from Turkuu in the 20's) and I've never really heard Finnish music, other than traditional/folk stuff that my aunts, uncles, grandparents would play on sauna night.

Bad, evil... MasterC! Oh well, at least its better than that Anti_microsoft monstronsity. Right now on the playlist:

momus: Finegan, the folk hero of HTML (someone sent it to me, its a good laugh)

Pain! A lovely little regional not-a-ska band! The album is called Midgets with Guns! Come on, who can argue, Wonderful Beef is in the mail.

I'm beginning to rip the entire collection of Bill Hicks, okay comedy CDs, but close enough.

I recently re-discoved Portishead, whatever happened to them anyway...

Cheers,

Finegan

I don't know, I really like Portishead, they should re-release a CD.

And I didn't do it, I just blatently said it, again.

Oh, fin, that hurt . No, it was getting a little daft! At 270 posts, was it the longest thread on these forums?

As for myself, I've recently been getting back into Therapy? I had unfortunately lost both MP3CDs that had their albums... found them the other day after much clearing of rubbish from my room. Now, where did I leave that LXF28 DVD...

Damn... not a sysadmin! Must talk to Jeremy about this!

ACID OR TRICKY... PUT THIS THREAD OUT BEFORE ALL IS LOST, or at least by the time "The Two Towers" is released.

Yeah, I tried, but I can only seem to download the first 8 seconds of the file. If anyone else has had success... what are they like, and could you post an alternative download site (i.e. be kind enough to have a copy of the file on your site)? Cheers muchly.

Aphex Twin? Nice! I don't like some of his stuff... and I certainly think that his taste in calenders is a little suspect, but I do like quite a lot of his 'music'. It's different! Good call, buddy!
