brianL 12-18-2012 03:43 AM

Not been very adventurous, just keep using xterm and/or Konsole.

kooru 12-18-2012 05:58 AM

Gnome Terminal

RockDoctor 12-18-2012 06:24 AM

I'm partial to lxterminal, but it isn't on the list

tallship 12-18-2012 06:37 AM

I voted Lilyterm

I use a few different things, but I enjoy playing with Lilyterm sometimes.

A few things are a little more kewl the way they work, and a couple of things I like the way say, xterm operates.

All in all you just need to be conscious to know which one you've got running when moving between terminal emulators.

I also really like Remminahttp://remmina.sourceforge.net/ just using local ssh connections.

anticapitalista 12-18-2012 06:42 AM

roxterm has come on pretty well over the last year or so.

Snark1994 12-18-2012 07:10 AM

Are we counting rxvt-unicode / urvxt as "rxvt"?

zsd 12-18-2012 07:39 AM

Notwithstanding Snark's question, urxvt should be on the list.

sycamorex 12-18-2012 07:47 AM

Jeremy clarified it last week when he asked for feedback about suggested nominees.
rxvt, urxvt and mrxvt are put in one family.

clocker 12-18-2012 08:20 AM

i have not so serious on this but i voted the gnome terminal

metalaarif 12-18-2012 08:23 AM

Obviously, GNOME Terminal

rokytnji 12-18-2012 08:32 AM

Roxterm

jeremy 12-18-2012 09:48 AM

After some further consideration, urxvt has been added.

yeahconsole.
add it please.
it may just be a drop-down holder for a terminal, but there's no way i'm voting for xterm. ;)
