https://forums.debian.net/ down ?

Code:
Unable to connect

Pale Moon can't establish a connection to the server at forums.debian.net.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Pale Moon is permitted to access the Web

lynx: Can't access startfile https://forums.debian.net/
It does not work in FF and Brave.

It does work in Brave with Tor.

It works for me too.

You might take a look at traceroute. It could give you some hint as to where the connection is failing.

They were down for a number of folks, myself included - there's a thread on /r/Debian also - but nothing on the forums themselves.

I could access them early this morning, then not at all until just recently. Multiple different systems - from my cell phone, to a computer at work. No issues with *any* other sites.
