no codecs
 

Just installed Zorin 15 Education and all is great [even got openoffice to install], but when I went to use one [VLC, but all not working] to play a dvd found no codecs were installed with any of the players. How simplest to correct this?

Zorin uses Ubuntu repositories so the explanation at the link below should work.

Thank you, now have video on one hard drive; the other it didn't work for some reason,but the "windows" option had been downloaded and it installed and worked fine.
