I just did a fresh new install and everything went well. Updated the packages and now i cant get to XFCE. I get a rewspanning error. My laptop has an ATI Radeon HD 6620G. Please advice. I want to get the system back up. Thanks

What a drag. What a way to drive away users from such a good distro. Thanks but that link didnt give me any details ehatsoever on how to even start finding/giving info about the issue. To top it off, the link reads be polite. Geez.

I don't know about Zenwalk specifically, but as it's based on Slackware, you might try running "xwmconfig" and see if it gives you the option of choosing XFCE in the resulting window. If that doesn't work, try:
Code:
echo ~/.xinitrc exec xfce4 |
