where to find global cursor settings?
 
hello, im having trouble finding where the mouse cursor is, as id like to change it. can anyone advise on where i might find it?

if you are using kde then the easyest way to install a mouse cursor theme for current user is to go to control center and from there go to peripherals then mouse and there in the cursor thetme press the install new theme search for the file with the theme press ok select the new theme restart kde and you're done
if you have multiple users on the computer and want to make the mouse theme globaly then uncompress the files from the mouse theme file to /usr/share/icons/blue in case your theme is called blue inside that directory shoud be an another directory named cursors that has the mouse cursor files
