cant get logging in vector linux standard 6.0

hi,

im using vl standard 6.0..when im trying to load it keyboard and mouse will wont work at the graphical login ..im writing it on a vl 7.0 machine..

as to VL6 what is in the logs ?
what do they say ?

but i upgraded the system one day ago so i think something go wrong with the xserver
