raid 1 problem on Sun Fire X4100

Got this problem with a Sun Fire X4100.
It has two hdd disks in RAID1.
Which one would need replacing or is the problem in host adapter?
Filesystem seems corrupted as ls shows some garbled filenames.

Not seeing a disk error there. It looks like one of your two fibre channel paths is disconnected.
