bookmarks section - can't edit 1 specific bookmark

The bookmarks section (all of a sudden) does not allow me to add a new bookmark with the following error:
You are not allowed to edit this bookmark

From this page:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/bookmarks/edit/1946

It seems to think i'm editing an existing bookmark whereas i'm trying to add a new one.
Can someone look into this?

/edit: hmmm, maybe i already tried to bookmark that link earlier.
I guess it's related to that specific bookmark:

If I edit that directly:

Strange that the edit numbers differ (1946 vs 8659)? Maybe that's what's causing a problem?

So the error message is valid in stating that it is an edit operation.
Weird, because normally lq bookmarks would take you to the edit-page for that bookmark.
I tried adding another bookmark and that works.

Ok, so adding bookmarks works, just editing that specific bookmark does not work. So it's a non-issue for me. Maybe it's interesting for an admin because it seems there is something weird going on.
