After you customize your profile colors and stuff, the background color for the reputation system tab stays the same.
In My profile for instance, the background color is not black, but appears to be the default color. I've seen it happen to other members' profiles too, like MrCode's profile. I'm not sure if it's a bug, or perhaps I just configured my profile incorrectly.
However, I normally use Stylish (a Firefox addon) to change LQ's CSS to a dark theme anyway, and it makes everything consistent. …might be a workaround. :-\
