Bulletin Boards last post displays Jeremy but different thread.
When viewing the main forum page, under LQ Suggestions and Feedback, it displays the last updated thread title but displays Jeremy who actually made the last post in the Bulletin Boards sub forum, making it look like he made a post in the actual thread in the Suggestions forum that is displayed.
Confirmed, as I was about to report this same thing.
Since the Community Bulletin was the actual most recent post rather than the "and what about "thank you"" thread, I would surmise that there is some difference in the way the bulletins are posted/filtered that might cause the confusion...
