urpme --auto-orphans failed

I have upgraded online to Mandriva 2010 and got the message that there were 311 orphaned packages. However, when I try to remove them using:
"urpme --auto-orphans", I get the following:

I removed the old 2009 kernels from the boot menu and tried again but got the same message.

Can someone tell me why this should be happening and what,if anything can be done about it? 311 orphaned packages must be taking up a fair bit of space.

I believe there is a dependency here. I had similar messages for old kernels. I went into the graphical URPMI, listed the installed kernels, and removed the old ones there.

Take note of the running kernel first making sure not to try and remove it. Do a 'uname -a' and write down what is running as a precaution.
