Child not found!?

Hi
whenever i press "ctrl+alt+F12" i see a log in which there are many many like this:
....smbd....trying to remove child pid...child not found ..ignoring

My question is that what does this mean? are there hidden processes in my PC? and why smbd wants to remove them or why ignores them?!
I am trying to develop my software and i am not working in predetermined frames ...so,is this the reason for hidden processes or what?
please help

Samba is trying to find shares or maybe resolve something that isnt actually happening. If you arent using samba just turn it off in whatever runlevel you are working in. If you are using samba, check your config files with testparm and see there are clues as to whats happening. Samba and nmbd also create log files in /var/log, you might want to take a look at those as well. I have no idea why its outputting error messages to that tty, that does seem a little weird.
